Brian Thomas Lynch (deceased) played junior hockey with the Winnipeg Rangers and St. Michael’s Majors (1940-42). Played five years with Ottawa Rough Riders (1945-49). Coached hockey and football teams at St. Patrick’s College and University of Ottawa, as well as 67’s B’s (OVJHL) and Gloucester Rangers (CJHL).

Took the Shamrocks to the Memorial Cup Eastern semi-finals three times. Managed Ottawa Senators (CJHL) (1987-89). Scouted 39 years for Maple Leafs, Rangers, and Red Wings (NHL) as well as Guelph and Owen Sound (OHL).
