Turned pro with Rough Riders in ’64-72 where his mobility and superior skills as linebacker warranted CFL Schenley Lineman of Year honours in ’68 after being ’66 runner-up. Member of two Grey Cup winners in three appearances, five times All-Canadian, six times EFC All-Star. Member of Canadian Football Hall of Fame.
