Walter ‘Wally’ Thomas Masters (deceased) was a top college pitcher (28-3) in 1932. He played with Washington and Philadelphia in AL, Philadelphia in NL. Played with Rough Riders in 1932, made All-Canadian. Coached Riders 1933 and ’34, Ottawa Trojans to ORFU championship 1947, and then coached Riders for three years. Managed Ottawa Crains of Can-Am Baseball League.
