William ‘Bill’ James Touhey (deceased) had a professional hockey career during 1926 to 1927 and from 1939 to 1940. He played with the Montreal Maroons, Ottawa Senators and the Boston Bruins in the National Hockey League (NHL) and with the Ottawa Senators in the QSHL.

Won Lord Willington Trophy as Senators MVP 1930-31. Coached Allan Cup-winning Ottawa RCAF Flyers 1941-42. Developed many players Junior City Hockey League.

Committee member to establish Ottawa Sports Hall of Fame.
