Known as “The Iceman,” he is a fitness consultant, coach and was world middleweight champion from 1980 to 1994. Held the world light heavyweight title in 1994 and 1995 and was 23 times world champion. Over a 15-year span, he had 51 consecutive victories. His pro record is 69-6-1, 60 KOs. He retired from the ring as Canadian lightheavy champion. He completed in 1983 with the Canadian superstars and was four times a Gil O. Julien Trophy nominee. He has authored a kick boxing book and series of instructional cassette tapes, and conducts frequent international seminars. A member of the Black Belt Hall of Fame (1983), he is a resident of Ottawa (Orleans).
