John Proctor ‘Jack’ Darragh (deceased) joined Ottawa in 1911, totaling 13 seasons playing hockey with the NHA and NHL. Was on four Stanley Cup winners. One of cleverest moves was an adroit backhand. Also noted for clean play, slick stick-handling, and an ability to turn on the speed when required. In 1919-20, scored 24 goals in 22 games. Career total of 195 goals. Member of Hockey Hall of Fame.
